Adam Walton has achieved a career-high ranking of No.85 after his incredible Miami Open run, with other Aussies demonstrating a positive moment for Australian tennis.
It was a whirlwind fortnight in Miami for Walton, who was close to packing his bags for a tournament in Mexico before receiving a late call-up from tournament officials to fill the void as a Lucky Loser.
The Queenslander reached the fourth-round of the Masters event to solidify his position in the top-100 further.

Fan favourite Alex de Minaur remains 10th in the world despite failing to reach the quarter-finals of the 'Sunshine Double'.
Meanwhile, Alexei Popyrin (No.28), Jordan Thompson (No.35), Aleksandar Vukic (No.76), Rinky Hijikata (No.82), Christopher O'Connell (No.87), James Duckworth (No.89) and Thanasi Kokkinakis (No.91) make up the Aussies in the top-100.
As a result of Daria Kasatkina switching allegiance to Australia, the 27-year-old becomes the highest-ranked female Aussie in the singles field at No.14 - dropping two places.
Kimberly Birrell, who was previously the No.1 Australian woman, sits at No.62 after winning three matches in Miami, including two qualifying rounds.
Behind her is soon-to-be 19-year-old Maya Joint at No.81 thanks to her recent quarter-final showing at the Puerto Vallarta Open.
Rounding out the top-100 is Ajla Tomljanović (No.87) and Olivia Gadecki (No.100).
In other notable ranking news, Melbourne's Destanee Aiava is eight places behind her personal best of No.147, while Tristan Schoolkate is one below his career-high of No.119.
