Fresh, vibrant color meets powerful touch in the new BOOM 2026 tennis racquet series, which now has even more explosive feel and a choice of striking designs.

The colors will be going HEAD-to-HEAD on court; you can choose between Lorenzo Musetti’s BOOM 2026 racquet in bold blue and Coco Gauff’s purple BOOM ALTERNATE. Purple is Gauff’s favorite color and the tonal purple design offers a progressive look which matches the modern performance and fun-loving feel of the series. Or you can make a statement in blue, with the color inspired by HEAD's iconic ski racing collection.

Launching in March 2026, the BOOM 2026 series is created for more lifestyle-focused players who enjoy the fun and social side around tennis, but the racquets are powered by the latest performance technologies to supercharge their game and confidence.

For even better performance, the upgrade includes the new AI-generated string pattern, which has been refined using thousands of ball flight data points, and which gives greater control without losing power.

The introduction of the astonishing Hy-Bor technology – which is used in the aerospace industry – improves the perceived stability, power and control while enhancing spin. Another advance is Auxetic 2.0 technology, which offers a more connected feel to the ball, while the beam and grommet sets boost the power.

The BOOM 2026 series includes a new model in the BOOM MP UL 2026, an ultra-light racquet which offers powerful touch, fun and confidence for beginners, intermediate players and ambitious juniors.
