In what has been a mentally challenging 18 months for Jannik Sinner and his close team, the world No.1 has reunited with fitness trainer Umberto Ferrara despite his presence in the clostebol case.
According to Italian outlet Gazzetta dello Sport, the pair will join for part two of their collaboration, just 11 months after they parted ways.
Ferrara will return effective immediately, commencing the partnership once again during tomorrow's training session in Monte Carlo.
The newspaper states that the decision was made in consultation with Sinner's team, which includes Australian coach Darren Cahill.

It comes after the four-time Grand Slam champion announced a shock move to end his working relationship with fitness trainer Marco Panichi and physiotherapist Ulises Badio on the eve of Wimbledon last month.
Ferrara was part of Sinner's team when the 23-year-old tested positive twice for a banned substance, clostebol, listed by the World Anti-Doping Agency (WADA) at Indian Wells in March 2024, which led to a three-month ban from February to May earlier this year.
As the news became public days before last year's US Open, Sinner was left with little choice but to move on from Ferrara and physio Giacomo Naldi, who was responsible for treating a cut finger with the banned drug, which he then treated Sinner for a massage moments later.
"I didn't give anything to Naldi, I suggested using it because he had a cut on his finger that wasn't healing and was making his job difficult," Ferrara mentioned back in April.
"I was very clear in communicating to Naldi the nature of the product and the need for it not to come into contact with Jannik for any reason. In fact, I allowed its use only inside my personal bathroom.
"Naldi didn't deny having been informed, but he said he didn't remember."
Gazzetta confirms that Naldi will not be rejoining Sinner's team.
